The Cat in the bag trick is really simple to act out. There is a motorized ball in the bag that acts like a real cat.

Just put an AA battery in the ball, put the ball in the bag and press the button to turn it on.
Because the ball seems to be moving, it seems there is a real cat in the bag. The tail that is hanging out of the bag really makes the prank even more believable.

After you have scared everyone, just push the button to turn it off again and wait for your next victim.
