How much delivery costs do I have to pay?
According to the standard shipping method, the delivery costs will be €4,95. When you pay using rembours the delivery costs will be €10,08. This is because TNT has extra activities because of the rembours delivery, which makes this payment method more expensive.
Can the delivery costs get less expensive?
Megagadgets products are delivered by TNT, so we are stuck with the prices of our transporter. This means, the delivery costs are set and can’t be changed in any circumstance.
What methods are available to pay for my order?
Orders can be paid by using: credit card, iDeal, wire transfer or with rembours. For a detailed description about these methods, you can go to the Information page.
When do I have to pay?
Megagadgets needs to receive the payment in advance. As soon as we receive the payment, we will finalize the order.
We have done the best we can to make an ordering process at Megagadgets as convenient as possible. Of course, there will always be questions. The most frequent questions with their answers are stated here below.
How do I know if my order was correctly placed?
When you place an order at Megagadgets, you will always receive a confirmation at the e-mail address you have filled in together with your other details. If you didn’t receive this confirmation, you can assume the order didn’t go through correctly.
What do I have to do when my order failed?
When you are positive that your order failed, place the order again. On the Information page under Ordering you can find a step by step ordering procedure. They will check if your order has gone through correctly.
What if I want to order a large quantity?
The Megagadgets Wholesale offers attractive prices for purchases of large quantities. For an offer you can email to our Sales Department . Indicate here which products you are interested in and the concerning quantities. You will then receive a reply as soon as possible, containing a price request. Can I order from abroad?
You are able to order from abroad at Megagadgets. The delivery costs differ per country. To Belgium you pay €12,00, to the rest of Europe €20,00 and to the rest of the World €50,00. Megagadgets also has a German website where you will pay €4,95 delivery costs to Germany.
